“Please scan the code again to rent. If an order has been placed but not completed, kindly navigate to the ‘order details’ interface and click ‘pop-out failed’. There won’t be any charges for this order. If you have any questions, take a photo of the QR code you’ve rented, capture an image of the PLUGZZi charging station, and contact our service staff.”

If the power bank isn’t charging your device, attempt pressing the side switch or gently shaking it to restart the charging process. If charging remains unsuccessful, kindly return it to the cabinet and scan the QR code once more.

To unlock a PLUGZZi power bank, scan the station’s QR code using the PLUGZZi app. Follow the steps to confirm payment details, and enjoy the use of PLUGZZi! A power bank will pop out from the station, ready for you to charge on the go!

If the order is still charging after returning the power bank, please ensure you haven’t mistakenly taken another person’s power bank during your usage or return. When returning, make sure the power bank is securely locked in place, and check the cabinet’s indicator to confirm the power bank’s return. If you’re still being billed, access ‘order details,’ click ‘return failed,’ .We’ll recheck the return status and conclude the order for you. For assistance, capture pictures of the QR code and the rented PLUGZZi charging station. You can also contact our service staff for problem resolution.

If you’ve confirmed the loss of the power bank, you can navigate to the order interface, then select the “Other Problems” section and click on the “Power Bank is gone” button. We will deduct your deposit and close the order for you.

Our charging standard operates on a time-sharing rule. Charging begins when the power bank is rented and ends upon return. During the free time, we won’t charge you. But beyond the free time, it will be charged according to using time. Different service spots are different in price. Specific price is subject to the charging rules displayed on the interface when renting.

You’re welcome to deposit your power bank at any charging station within the PLUGGZi network, regardless of whether it’s the same station you rented it from. Just ensure you return it properly to secure the power bank back into place.

The Map on the PLUGZZi app’s home page displays all live charging stations in the PLUGZZi network, making it easier for you to rent a power bank from a location that suits you.

You will need to find a way to charge your phone just enough to turn it on, before you can proceed with the rental.
– If you are with a friend, ask them to rent a powerbank for you .
– If you are by yourself, ask someone close by to charge your phone for just for a few minutes.

Currently, renting more than one power bank at once isn’t possible. However, if a friend needs one, invite them to scan a PLUGZZi Station QR code using their phone and follow the steps to unlock a power bank via the PLUGZZi app
